Hi everyone!! Thank you so much for the wonderful birthday you all provided for me at our last meeting. I appreciate every one of you so much!!
Because we still need to look at the meaning of houses more fully, we will be looking at an ancient timing technique called “Annual Profections” to facilitate that. Annual Profections are a way of “turning” the natal chart to show what houses and topics are “activated,” and who is the “timelord” for a certain period of time. This technique is involved, and only one part of several that are used together to forecast what is coming up. Annual Profections help narrow down the vast amount of information available to make it more cohesive and focused. It is also useful and value to look back upon past activations against known life experiences to understand how each planet has “played” their roles. This is very revealing… showing repeatable themes in the chart and life.
This system is powerful! The most fundamental part of the system is the Annual Profections used in conjunction with the Solar Return to focus our attention onto what part of the “natal promise” will be most prominent that year. The entire system, which includes other techniques we have not discussed, is called or referred to as “The Cycle of the Year,” and other similar titles, such as “Revolutions of the Year”, etc.
We will be using our Solar Returns from last month, together with our Annual Profections, in order to further our discussion on house topics, and learn about them in a more generalized way.
